Before posting
Please include your device model, iOS version, the game mode, and what happened. Do not include passwords, payment information, or private personal details in public GitHub issues.

Common fixes
The app opens to the wrong screen
Fully close OddPop Arcade and reopen it. The normal launch opens to the Game Hub first, where OddPop, Tap Rush, Glow Runner, and OddFlow can be selected.
Music, sound, or haptics are not working
Check the device volume, silent mode, and the OddPop settings screen. Music, sound effects, and haptics can be controlled in the app.
Best scores or themes reset
Scores, settings, unlocked themes, and achievements are stored on the device. Reinstalling the app or clearing device storage can reset local progress.
Game Center is not connected
Open Settings in OddPop Arcade, connect Game Center, then return to the Game Hub. Game Center is optional.
